    • The return request must be accompanied by the Order Reference. 
  2. Return Shipping Costs:

    • Unwanted items have to be returned by the customer at their own cost. 
    • Skinsicle will provide a pre-paid returns shipping label only for those orders where customer's have received an incorrect or damaged/ defective item. 
  3. Condition of Returned Items:

    • We will process your return only if the item(s) are received in resellable condition.
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
    • Please ensure that the item(s) are adequately protected and packaged to minimize the risk of damage during return transit.
  4. Return Process:

    • The customers are responsible for packaging the item(s) securely.
    • We recommend using a tracked delivery service for your return shipment.
  5. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
    • Please allow for additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.

    • We do not accept returns for items purchased from our offline retail locations.
    • We do not accept returns for international orders.
    • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
