THESE TERMS 1.1 These terms and conditions ("Terms") are the terms and conditions on which MGAR HOLDINGS LTD T/A Skinsicle ("we," "us," or "our") supply our products to you. Please read these Terms carefully before you submit your order to us.

1.2 It is important that you are aware that any recommendations that we make to you regarding our products are based solely on the information that you provide to us. Our recommendations are not intended to replace specialist advice that may be obtained from your general practitioner.

1.3 While we believe in the benefits of our products, we cannot be held responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient used in our products. The product description on our website includes a complete list of ingredients. If you have any sensitivities to any listed ingredient, you should not use the product. If you have sensitive skin or are in doubt, please always perform an allergy patch test first, and if any irritation occurs, discontinue using the product. Please note that our products are not a replacement for any medication and creams prescribed by a specialist. Please consult your General Practitioner before changing any medications or healing practices.

  1. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU

3.1 Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it. At that point, a contract will come into existence between you and us.

3.2 If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This may be due to the product being out of stock, unexpected resource limitations, errors in the price or description of the product, or inability to meet a specified delivery deadline.

3.3 We will assign an order number to your order and inform you of it when we accept your order. Please mention the order number whenever you contact us about your order.

3.4 Our website primarily promotes our products in the United Kingdom. However, we do deliver and accept orders from outside the United Kingdom, subject to additional terms (please refer to clause 16).
